What can I do on this website?

As a candidate, you can manage electronic and printed versions of your qualification certificates. This means viewing your electronic copies of your certificates, ordering duplicates, sharing online access to employers and other third parties, and reporting any errors.

As an employer, you can view qualification certificates online for candidates who have provided you with access. Candidates have the control to revoke access at any time. You may also request access from candidates to view their certificates if you have their email address. Access is time bound and will be based on candidates provide in the first instance. You can request an extension via the connections area.

Is it secure to share my electronic documents with other people?

Yes. We have taken extreme measures to prevent fraud and make it as safe as possible to share your certificates. By revoking access when required and deciding who gets to view your certificates, you have control over exactly who views your certificates, which ones they see, when they see them and for how long. Although these electronic documents have been published by us, they are no longer valid when printed or removed from this website.

I passed my exams a long time ago, can I create an account and see my electronic documents?

Yes, historical candidate achievements are supported on this website. If you no longer have your candidate number to register, please contact us via one of the methods on the support page to be manually verified. Most historical certificates will not have an electronic version available but you will still be able to view the details.

How are the electronic documents created?

Upon printing your physical certificates, an electronic version is uploaded to this secure website. Only we can print or publish certificates and security measures are in place to stop anyone else accessing them. If you notice an error on your documents, please report it.

I can't register!

If you have registered already, you won't be able to register again with the same email address and candidate number. In this case, visit the login page to try and log in with existing details, or reset your password. If you still can't register and are a new user, please contact us via one of the methods on the support page so we can help set up your account.

I can't log in!

If you can't log in it might be because of a few reasons. Make sure your password is correct or reset it if you've forgotten. Accounts can also be blocked by us if any suspicious activity is recognised. Please contact us via one of the methods on the support page if you still can't access your account.
